Log Rolling is a rising sport in the metro area, and around the globe. It's on the fast track to become an Olympic sport.
Log Rolling is challenging people of all ages and swimming levels. Community Education asks that participants are at least 5 years old and 42" tall, comfortable getting their head and face wet, and can swim unassisted at least 15'.

We use Key Logs, which are equipped with training devices, that are removed as participants develop their skills. We roll inside at Nicollet Middle School where the water is shallow (3 feet on either end, 5 feet in the center) and warm.
Friendly competitions may evolve as your skill and comfort develop.
Log rolling provides a low impact workout that develops core strength and balance. We recommend you wear athletic style, close fitting clothing or rash guards to protect your skin. Shoes are optional.
