Please print, complete and return to Diamondhead Education Center Community Education office, Stacey Konopa, or to your Project KIDS site. Registration materials may also be returned at the PK Summer Break Open House on Wednesday May 17 at Diamondhead.

Calendar Key for 3rd-6th:
These are activities that require advanced registration. Children not wanting to attend, and those who have not registered in advance of the activity date, will remain at Gideon Pond for activities on site.
Participation in the activity will incur an additional cost for the day. (Range of $5-$20)
Valleyfair passes will be available for purchase at the Open House on May 17. The price is $85. Passes are available for a limited time and in limited quantities. Families who do not purchase a season pass through Project KIDS will be responsible for purchasing a pass on their own. Valleyfair is an optional trip and will only be available to children in grades 2-6 with season passes. Parents must sign children up before the trip. Lunch options each day: Money to purchase at Valleyfair, lunch from home or a school bag lunch.
Every child and staff member scheduled for these days will go on the field trip.
The cost of the trip is included in the daily fee.
Occasionally, children may bring their own spending money but it is not required.
Guests will be visiting our program at Gideon Pond.
Some days may include a theme (Halloween Party, Everybody's Birthday). Watch for details on site regarding these days.
